QUETTA: Teachers joined students of a government girls’ school in staging a protest outside the Education Department Balochistan against their forceful evacuation from the school premises.

Protesters carrying banners and chanting slogans demanded that they should not be shifted from the premises. Speaking on the occasion, the protesters said the Government Girls Primary School Nichari Road Quetta was established in the said premises 60 years ago and the building was taken on rent by the government but the building was forcefully being vacated by its owners at a time when students were about to sit their annual exams.
