Farid khan’s murder: ‘Attiqur Rehman wrongfully accused’
Amanullah claimed there were reports from security agencies that Farid’s murderers have been arrested.

The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) on Friday said the party’s ex-MPA Attiqur Rehman was being wrongfully accused of the murder of MPA Farid Khan.
Addressing a news conference at the Peshawar Press Club, provincial ameer of JUI-F Sheikh Amanullah condemned the murder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s MPA, adding their leaders were unjustly being accused of the act and their offices were being torched. He urged the government to unmask the real murderers and take action against the injustice against his party.
Amanullah claimed there were reports from security agencies that Farid’s murderers have been arrested, but they filed an FIR against Rehman. “The administration is doing nothing to defuse the tense situation,” he added warning if government does not stop it they will be compelled to take action.
