Resistance: Two injured by robbers
The injured were taken to Civil Hospital and reported to be out of danger.

A man and a woman were shot and injured on Wednesday on resisting robbers. Police said both the incidents occurred in Sabzi Mandi area. They said Rozi Bibi and her husband were riding a motorcycle when they were stopped by armed men in Mohallah Bakhtaywala. They were deprived of cash and a gold chain. Rozi Bibi resisted and one of the robbers shot her and fled. Elsewhere, armed men stopped Sanaullah on GT Road shortly after he withdrew Rs1.75m from a bank. When he tried to flee, police said, the robbers shot and injured him. The injured were taken to Civil Hospital and reported to be out of danger.
