ISLAMABAD:
A nine-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan is hearing review petitions of the federal government and Arif Habib Securities against the cancellation of privatisation of the Pakistan Steel (PS) Thursday.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will head the bench. Seven years ago, the SC deemed the privatisation illegal and invalidated it in a decision written by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
