Shahzeb khan murder case: Hearing adjourned because of strike
Defence counsels and lawyers concluded their arguments while complainant’s lawyers will give their final arguments.
KARACHI:
An anti-terrorism court adjourned on Tuesday the hearing of the Shahzeb Khan murder case following a strike called by lawyers protesting the killing of a colleague, Kauser Saqlain.
While noting the legal aspects of the case, the judge of ATC-III, Ghulam Mustafa Memon, adjourned the hearing till Wednesday (today).
Defence counsels as well as the lawyers for the state have concluded their arguments while the complainant’s lawyers will continue giving their final arguments in the next hearing.
The court will then announce the verdict for the case in which Shahrukh Jatoi, Nawab Siraj Ali Talpur, his younger brother Nawab Sajjad Ali Talpur and a servant, Ghulam Murtaza Lashari, have been charged with killing 20-year-old Shahzeb Khan.
