Corruption charges: Case registered against DSP, reader
A case has been registered for misuse of power and taking bribe.
FAISALABAD:
The Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) on Thursday registered a case against a former Gulberg deputy superintendent police and the Gulberg police station reader for misuse of power and taking bribe. Assistant Sub Inspector Muhammad Farooq, a resident of Walipur, had complained that DSP Ashiq Jutt had made him pay several of his bills and that reader, Sanaullah was aware of the matter. A case was then registered against the former DSP and his reader after an inquiry held them guilty.
