Child rape: Sessions judge to submit report
The LHC Complaints Cell directed the Nankana Sahib district and sessions judge to probe into the matter.

The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday took notice on a report published in The Express Tribune regarding the rape of a child by the son of a landlord in Nankana Sahib. The LHC Complaints Cell directed the Nankana Sahib district and sessions judge to probe into the matter and submit a report about the steps taken by police with his comments. On April 4, a resident of Mango Taaro village of Mangtanwala had told police that his daughter, a student of class two, was abducted on her way home from school and raped. He said he had caught the attacker in the act and had handed him to the police. The child was taken to Children’s Hospital, Lahore.
