Gastro: 150 patients brought to Civil Hospital

Of the150 Gastro patients, 78 are children.

HAFIZABAD: At least 150 gastro patients have been brought to Civil Hospital since Sunday, the hospital administration said. Of these, 78 are children. Talking to The Express Tribune, Dr Muhammad Amjad said that due to the high influx of patients, a bed each was used for three patients. He said some of them were forced to lie on the floor. He said the 24-bed children ward, too, had run out of beds. He said the children include infant triplets as well.
