Partners in Sindh: NPP merges with PML-N
NPP won two National Assembly seats and three Sindh Assembly seats.

The National Peoples Party (NPP) has merged with Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N), Express News reported on Friday.
The announcement was made during a press conference in Lahore, which was addressed by PML-N leader Shahbaz Sharif and party’s Sindh chief Syed Ghous Ali Shah.
NPP was formed in 1986 by Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi after he developed differences with Benazir Bhutto and left Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
According to official results available on the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), NPP won two National Assembly seats and three Sindh Assembly seats.
While speaking to media, Shah alleged that Sindh experienced "unprecedented rigging" in the May 11 polls.
