JUI-F to sit on opposition benches in K-P Assembly
Akram Khan Durrani will be JUI-F’s parliamentary leader in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.

Having secured only 13 seats of the near 100 seat Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa assembly, the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal group (JUI-F) on Wednesday decided to occupy the opposition benches for the next five years, Radio Pakistan reported.
The decision was announced in a news conference by JUI-F Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa chief Maulana Sheikh Amanullah along with other party leaders in Peshawar on Wednesday afternoon.
Amanullah also announced that Akram Khan Durrani will be JUI-F’s parliamentary leader in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly whereas Maulana Lutfur Rehman will be the deputy parliamentary leader.
