Re-elections on some NA-250 polling stations on May 19: ECP
Re-polling will be held, under army supervision, at stations where polling was delayed, or stopped on May 11.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) directed returning officers to hold re-elections at 43 polling stations of NA-250 Karachi on May 19, Express News reported on Tuesday.
The re-polling will be held at the stations where polling was delayed, or stopped on May 11 due to massive irregularities.
Re-polling on PS-112 and PS-113 will also be held on May 19.
Apart from re-elections, the ECP announced that army will be deployed inside the 43 polling stations on re-polling day.
The ECP also ordered re-counting of votes in NA-154 Lodhran constituency.
On May 11, polling at a number of stations in the DHA and Clifton areas of NA-250 saw a delayed start and political parties claimed that rigging was underway. The ECP had stated that polling could not take place at 43 stations as a result of threats to polling staff.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) workers and supporters have been holding protests in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to protest against the alleged rigging, demanding re-election in all of Karachi’s constituencies.
The ECP took notice of the allegations and directed district returning officers and provincial election commissioners to submit reports today.
Five tribunals in Punjab and three each in other three provinces were set up to analyse rigging complaints.
