Official results: Chaudhry Nisar edged by PTI for NA-53 seat

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Ghulam Sarwar Khan won the NA-53, Rawalpindi 4 seat, official results revealed by the Election Commission of Pakistan's (ECP) showed on Monday.
The former leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhary Nisari Ali Khan from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was edged out even though he secured 102,142 votes. His opponent from the PTI managed to get 110,308 votes.
PTI supporters have recently taken to the streets across Pakistan protesting against the alleged rigging that took place in the general elections on Saturday.
