Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian's Owais Muzaffar has won the PS-88 Thatta seat. He has defeated the independent candidate Muhammad Usman Malkani.


Muzaffar secured 27,100 votes, while his opponent Malkani managed to get 12,300.
