At the DHA boys college Phase VII, there were deliberate delays in providing adequate polling agents, ballot papers and ballot boxes. Ballot papers and boxes were left unattended on the second floor during the process when hundreds of voters were thronging the corridors....easily allowing later misuse. How difficult is it to actually add a couple of stuffed ballot boxes when the actual workers are already biased?

Would recommend an actual analysis of votes cast, duration of polling time taken vs number of polling agents. Probably would show a lot of surprises!
