Pakistan is a failed state from every point of view.

All tall claims made by the Security Agencies became bogus when bombs blasted, polling staff were subject to humiliation, people possessing guns were dictating terms to polling staff, election was rigged, bomb went on in a bus, and moreover the results started coming in before time.
