Seven persons sustained injuries as Khazana High School was targeted in Peshawar, Express News reported on Saturday.
A school child including police officials were severely injured in the blast.
The quick response force and Bomb Disposal Squad have reached the area to carry out investigation.
The army had earlier ensured that they will be available if any emergency occurred.
The injured have been shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.
