Aiding Allies: MQM candidates withdraw for PTI
Baloch said the decision was made in consultation with his party leaders.
ABBOTABAD:
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s candidate for PK-46, Qaisar Tanooli, on Thursday withdrew from the general elections in favour of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s candidate, Sajjad Akbar Khan.
Tanooli made the announcement while addressing a press conference here at PTI’s election office.
Another candidate of the party for NA-260 Quetta-Chagai Prince Abdul Baqi Baloch withdrew from the race in favour of PTI’s Karim Dad Sumalani.
Baloch said the decision was made in consultation with his party leaders.
