Citizens kill four after death in robbery
No arrests so far.

Four men, said to be robbers, were killed on Wednesday shortly after a citizen a shot on resisting a robbery in Dera Ghazi Khan died.
Police said four masked men stopped Shah Dost, 28, near Gajuji Pul around midnight. When they tried to snatch his motorcycle, Dost cried for help attracting several residents of the area.
They said one of the robbers shot Dost, killing him on the spot. On seeing the people draw closer, the robbers shot at the people, injuring four of them. They then tried to flee, but were caught and beaten up.
The injured residents were later taken to a hospital, and reported out of danger.
Before Rescue 1122 arrived, the people had stoned three of the men to death. The fourth died at the hospital on Wednesday morning.
The bodies were sent to the district headquarters hospital for post-mortem examination.
Doctors at DHQ hospital said that the autopsy report revealed that three of the robbers had also been shot 20 times.
They said the four men injured by robbers’ firing were now out of danger.
Police said they had traced 80 cases against the robbers at several police stations. They said the men were part of the Laadi gang and had been wanted for more than two years.
Police also said that a case had been registered against some unidentified people who had thrown stones at the robbers. No one has been arrested so far.
