National policy: Stakeholders to unite against terrorism, says Shahbaz
Stresses on need to counter terrorism, sectarianism in country & that religious scholars could play an important role.

Former Punjab chief minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that all stakeholders should sit together to formulate a combined plan against terrorism, which has plagued the country's economy.
While talking to a private news channel, Shahbaz stressed on the need to counter terrorism and sectarianism in the country and said that religious scholars could play an imperative role in this regard. He condemned the recent terrorist attacks on different political parties during an ongoing election campaign.
Responding to a question, Shahbaz said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) would hold local bodies’ elections within a year if elected to power in the upcoming general elections. Regarding former president Gen Pervez Musharraf’s case, he said nobody was above the law and the court would decide his future.
