Kidnapped for ransom: Anti-narcotics force employee abducted
The kidnappers had called the family and demanded Rs600,000 as ransom money.
KHAIRPUR:
An employee of the Quetta Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), Syed Jibran Shah, was allegedly kidnapped at gunpoint near Sukkur on Friday.
The abducted person’s brother, Syed Anwer Ali Shah, told the media that the kidnappers had called the family and demanded Rs600,000 as ransom money.
He said that they could not afford to pay the heavy sum and were disappointed with the apathetic attitude of the Sukkur police.
He appealed to the authorities for help in order to secure his brother’s release.
