Track mishap: Young girl run over by train
The train driver reportedly applied the emergency brakes in order to save the child but failed to stop in time.
ROTADERO:
A four-year-old girl was killed when Khushal Khan Khattak Express train ran over her at Larkana on Wednesday.
The deceased, Irum, daughter of Tufail Ahmed Chandio, was crossing the railway tracks near village Khuda Bux Chandio, when the incident took place.
The train driver reportedly applied the emergency brakes in order to save the child but failed to stop in time.
The injured girl was rushed to Chandka Medical College where she was pronounced dead by the doctors. The police have registered a case.
