Water sharing: Two missing men found inside well
Wali said that he kept this secret even from his family.
HYDERABAD:
The bodies of two farmers, who went missing from a village in Umerkot, were found inside a well.
According to Kunri police, Daim Bheel and Manjhi Panhwar were missing for the last two days from Okaharau village. Bheel’s family had alleged that the Panhwars were behind his kidnapping because the two groups had a fight over sharing irrigation water before Bheel disappeared.
Panhwars contended, on the other hand, that one of their men was also missing. The police suspected Wali Muhammad Panhwar, Manjhi’s brother, was involved so they arrested him. During investigations, he revealed that Bheel and Manjhi both fell in the well while they were trying to throw Bheel.
Wali said that he kept this secret even from his family. The bodies were handed to the families after the post-mortem.
