Shaheen Afaq, the wife of senior sports journalist and Daily News sports editor, Afaq Ahmed, passed away on Monday at the age of 69.
She is survived by Afaq Ahmed, a son and a daughter. The funeral prayer will take place after her son, former cricketer Uzair Afaq, arrives.
