Increasing trade: $15 billion trade target with China achievable says envoy
Trade between the two countries has registered an upward trajectory in recent years and had reached $400 million.

With better communication links, between Pakistan and China and aggressive marketing the $15 billion trade target set between Pakistan and China for 2015 is achievable, said Ambassador Masood Khalid.
Addressing a reception for the visiting National Defense University delegation, Khalid said that excellent quality Pakistani fruits and other products especially textile products can find a market in China. He said land trade between the two countries has registered an upward trajectory in recent years and had reached $400 million.
This will be a win-win situation for both Pakistan and China, he said. He said there is a consensus among the Pakistani society to strengthen ties with China.
