HYDERABAD:

Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) deputy information secretary and former information minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has once again accused brothers Nawaz and Shahbaz Sharif of patronising banned terrorist organisations.

Talking to the media on Sunday at PPP’s office in Qasimabad, he said the Tehreek-i-Taliban (TTP) seems to have exempted Pakistan Muslim Laegue - Nawaz (PML-N) from their hit list. “They [TTP] are only targeting candidates from PPP, Awami National Party (ANP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).” He then asked why the Supreme Court has not taken notice of PML-N’s ties with terrorists. “The court is only after PPP and its leaders.”
