A barber is offering free haircuts and shaves for Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf supporters. Bilu is a fan of Imran Khan, the party chairperson.
He has decorated his shop with Khan’s pictures and PTI posters. All those who tell Bilu they will vote for Khan get free service from him. “Bilu’s commitment to the PTI has convinced me… I will vote for the PTI … I am also here for a free haircut,” a customer said.
