KARACHI: A police constable who was arrested in connection with the killing of Preedy SHO was remanded to police custody for seven days by an Anti-Terrorism Court on Friday.
Judge Ghulam Mustafa Memon of the ATC-III remanded the suspect, Nazakat, who was accused of killing SHO Agha Asadullah.
Law enforcers registered FIR No. 134/13, under section 302 (premeditated murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code read with Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 at Preedy police station.
Nazakat was a security guard of the slain SHO.
