Pajjagi road: Another dumped body found

PESHAWAR:
A body crammed into a gunny bag was found on Pajjagi Road in the jurisdiction of Mathra police station on Sunday morning.
Fahim Hussain, a resident of Zareef Kor Michni, had been kidnapped 28 months ago. An official of the Mathra police station said the man was tortured to death and his body was left on the road.
Hussain had been kidnapped earlier as well by militants, but was released after three months.
The deceased was an employee at CNW, a commercial news release service.
Terrorism bid foiled
A powerful bomb, weighing 10 kilogrammes, was defused by the bomb disposal squad with help from the police in Masho Khel.
The device had been planted near a bridge and its target was the peace militia, the police said. It was a militia member who spotted the bomb and informed them.
