KUST convocation: 676 graduates awarded degrees
A total of 42 gold medals were conferred on the outstanding students in various disciplines.

As many as 676 students received degrees at the seventh convocation of Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) on Sunday.
Meanwhile, a total of 42 gold medals were conferred on the outstanding students in various disciplines. While presiding over the ceremony, KUST Vice Chancellor (VC) Nasir Jamal Khattak said that the university was striving hard to impart quality education to the young generation of Kohat Division among other parts of the country.
He added the university was ranked fourth among the all Pakistan Medium Sized Universities by the Higher Education Commission. Moreover, he said, two of the faculty members namely Prof Fida Younas Khattak and Prof Murad Ali were given Tamgha-i-Imtiaz in recognition of their work in their respective fields.
