NAB chief files plea against SC order
I felt that NAB and its officers were being treated abrasively and severely by the Supreme Court, says NAB chief.
ISLAMABAD:
The head of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed an intra-court appeal (ICA) on Friday, challenging a Supreme Court (SC) order to proceed against him on charges of contempt.
“I felt that NAB and its officers were being treated abrasively and severely by the Supreme Court where the same results could have been achieved by guidance rather than harshness,” said Fasih Bukhari in the ICA filed through Sardar Latif Khan Khosa.
