Forecast: Rain predicted in northern areas
An official of the department said that isolated rain is likely from April 1-3 in the upper areas of the country.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department on Thursday predicted chances of another rain spell for upper Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the first week of April.
An official of the department said that isolated rain is likely from April 1-3 in the upper areas of the country and will make the weather pleasant.
The ongoing isolated rain spell activity will end today and mainly dry weather will prevail across the country during the next 24 hours.
However there are chances of rain in Kashmir and north east Punjab during the next 24 hours.
According to the synoptic situation, westerly wave will move from the upper parts of the country toward Kashmir and North-East Punjab from Friday.
