Rafay Ahmed and Saad Alam struck half-centuries to propel Customs to a thrilling four-wicket win over SSGC in their Qualifier Cricket League match yesterday.
Chasing 291, Customs were comfortable winners courtesy Rafay’s 80-ball 70 that included a six and seven boundaries, while Alam hit 54 off 52. Haris Khan chipped in with a steady 41 as Customs crossed the line with five balls to spare. Earlier, SSGC had scored 290 for six in their 50 overs. Israrullah top-scored with 86 while Saeed Bin Nasir made 81 off 78.
