Domestic Violence Woman seeks FIR against husband
She said she had approached the police with her complaint but the SHO had not entertained her application.

An additional district and sessions judge on Friday sought comments from the Shahdara SHO by March 27 on a petition filed by a woman seeking registration of a case against her husband for domestic violence.
Petitioner Nabeel Bibi said that had given birth in a caesarian delivery a few months ago and was not well enough but her husband wanted intercourse and had taken to beating her when she refused.
She said she had approached the police with her complaint but the SHO had not entertained her application.
She prayed the court to direct the police to register a case against her husband.
