Cold-Blooded Murder: Four of a family shot dead

KOHAT:


Four members of a family including a young boy were shot dead by armed assailants in Kohat in the small hours of Friday.


According to the police, the family members were asleep in their house in the jurisdiction of Saddar Police Station when the armed assailants broke into the house and opened fire at the inmates.

As a result, three women and an eight-year-old boy died on the spot and another injured woman was shifted to hospital where her condition was stated to be critical.  The victims were identified as Rubina, Nazi, Samina and Muhammad Jamal.

Meanwhile, Shakeel Shah a class four employee of Kohat University of Science & Technology was injured in a road accident. Police said that was on his way to the university when a speeding Suzuki pickup hit his bike.
