Toy bomb: Explosion kills minor, injures another
Bottle-shaped toy suddenly explodes and kills girl.

A girl was killed while another was injured when a bottle they were playing with as a toy exploded near them in Sakhakot tehsil Dargai, Malakand, on Thursday.
Levies force official Amir Zaman said he was informed by a local official around 4:30pm that an explosion had occurred inside a house in Ghundo. Zaman said he rushed to the site along with other personnel where he found the house owner, Dawar Khan. Khan told them his daughter, Shumaila, and his niece, Sumaira, were playing with a bottle-shaped toy inside the house when it suddenly exploded, killing Shumaila on the spot and severely injuring Sumaira.
The official added initial investigations revealed the girl’s aunt had found the metal bottle while cutting grass on a nearby mountain. The aunt had brought the bottle home for the girls to play with.
The official further said the injured girl was shifted to the Rural Health Centre in Dargai. She was then moved to an institute in Peshawar due to her critical condition.
