Five butchers were arrested on Saturday for allegedly overcharging for meat.
District Coordination Officer Najam Ahmad Shah had ordered the raid led by Dr Shaukat Mehmood Gondal.
Butchers Arshad, Muhammad Khalid, Muhammad Arif, Muhammad Azeem and Nazar Abbas were arrested for violating the price control list issued by the administration and were fined Rs5,000 each.
