Headed To India: Emergency landing at Karachi airport
With seven passengers and three crew members, the aircraft was going to New Delhi from Dubai.
KARACHI:
A small aircraft of a private charter company that was heading to India made an emergency landing at Karachi airport on Tuesday after the plane developed a technical fault, a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) spokesman said.
With seven passengers and three crew members, the aircraft was going to New Delhi from Dubai when the pilot decided to land in Karachi due to a hydraulic pressure issue, said Abid Qaimkhani.
Engineers from local companies were trying to fix the aircraft, he said, without sharing the name of the charter service provider or details about the plane and passengers.
