Faulty Parts: PIA flight escapes accident in Quetta
Aircraft was coming from Islamabad to Quetta carrying 118 passengers.
QUETTA:
A Pakistan International Airline (PIA) plane (PK 363) narrowly escaped an accident at Quetta International Airport on Friday due to a broken assembly brake.
The PIA official talking to The Express Tribune said that the aircraft was coming from Islamabad to Quetta carrying 118 passengers and during landing its assembly brake broke.
No damage or casualties were reported. The PIA official said that the repairing team is coming from Karachi and the flight will be ready for departure soon.
