LONDON:
Singer Justin Bieber suffered lung pain in the middle of his performance at the O2 Arena in London.

The singer, 19, was performing on the song Beauty and a Beat when he suddenly stopped and said: "My lungs hurt". He was taken backstage and treated by a medical team for 20 minutes, reports thesun.co.uk.

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun addressed the audience and said: "He's backstage with the EMTs and the doctor. They're telling him they want him to go and see about his lungs. We're not trying to be disrespectful. Just bear with us."

"He was on the verge of tears, saying, 'My lungs hurt' as he walked off," a source said.

The singer, however, returned to sing after a while. He later was taken to a hospital.
