The military on Friday assured the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) that the army will cooperate to provide security at polling stations and in sensitive areas, Express News reported.

In a meeting at the military operations directorate between officials of the military and ECP secretary, they discussed the army’s role in providing security during the elections.
