The Indian Army’s Additional Directorate General of Public Information (ADGPI) furthered their public outreach by creating a Twitter account on Saturday with the handle @adgpi, Hindustan Times reported.
Sources told the Hindustan Times that the army may soon expand its social media presence by creating a dedicated Facebook page and even a YouTube channel.
Subsequent tweets included pictures of the jump.
The account had almost 1,800 followers by early Sunday morning.
