Fraud case: LHC grants bail to MPA and his family
Malik said the police had registered a false case against him and his family members.

The Lahore High Court on Friday granted an interim bail to former MPA Ahad Malik, his wife and son. The former MPA had submitted that the city district government had demolished the apartments constructed by him on the fourth-storey of a plaza following the Supreme Court’s orders. He said he had already paid those who had purchased the apartments. He said the police had registered a false case against him and his family members. The court heard initial arguments and granted interim bail to Ahad Malik, his wife Riffat and son Yousaf.
