The education board's decision to increase fee of the private students is discrimination, says lawyer.
LAHORE:
Justice Ayesha A Malik of the Lahore High Court on Thursday sought replies from the chairmen of the Lahore and Gujranwala intermediate and secondary education boards for next week on petitions by hundreds of class 9 students at private schools.
The lawyers representing the students argued that the education boards had increased the registration fee for private students but not for students of government schools, which amounted to discrimination.
