Mr. Chief Justice and the apex court are doing excellent work to provide justice. Salute to their hard work and day and night efforts. How great are these days when we are witnessing the light of justice radiating from the apex court to every nook and corner of our country. Long live all the justices of the apex court. Their monumental decisions will long be remembered in the hearts of all those who love justice.

I am a retired government employee with a meagre pension and a long list of responsibilities. I have been a victim of current land/patwari system. About 28 years ago (in 1986) some notorious people of my area, with the help of area patwari, manipulated the official record and underhandedly received the compensation amount (~ Rs. 43,000/= ) which was actually meant for me. The Khanpur Dam Authorities had acquired my more than 3 kanal land in connection with constructing a canal in that area and this amount had to be given to me being the owner of the land through which the canal had to be constructed. But, this fact remained concealed from me until a little time ago when a man informed me of this fraud in which one of the characters was his real father. This is a strange thing and surely a manifestation of the awakening of one's heart (zameer). His father is alive while five other characters have died and only their descendents (sons & daughters) are present. They are financially and politically powerful people and I am not in a position to get my right from them by standing before them. I am not able to bear heavy court fee/Advocate's fee and seek justice by our great justice provider Mr. Chief Justice of Pakistan in the apex court. I can be powerful only when Mr. Chief Justice of Pakistan's authority stands behind me. How great it would be if my hero Chief Justice of Pakistan takes a personal notice of this appeal and asks me to send my case to him printed on just a plain paper and he helps me in getting my legal right. Long Live Chief Justice

Mashallah! Mashallah! Mashallah! Progress is evident and we must realize that the Supreme Court judges are really slogging at their work. Please have patience and appreciate rather than denigrate. Have a nice day. Salams
