Crime Wave: Balochistan faces another violent day
Investigations are underway for all these incidents.
QUETTA:
An administrative officer (tehsildar) from Dhadar escaped a roadside bomb, while two bodies were found in Sibi and man was gunned down in Quetta on Thursday.
The officer Qazi Pervez escaped a remote controlled blast the Dhadar district of Bolan. He was on his way to check the development in the Sunni area when the roadside bomb exploded.
Resultantly three Balochistan levies personnel - Nasurllah, Zeeshan and Arshad Ismail- received minor injuries.
After the blast some unknown armed men opened fire on Qazi, and then fled the scene.
Meanwhile, unknown armed men gunned down a man in the Killi Mubarak area of Quetta.
According to the police, unknown armed men ridding motorcycle opened fire on Mehrab Bakhsh, who was killed on the spot. The attackers managed to escape.
In another report, the local administration recovered two dead bodies, a man and a woman, in Sibi.
Hospital sources have said that “both were killed by the firing of bullets.”
