Tennis: Mudassir leads the way in U-18 league
The last matches of the league will be played on February 21.

Mohammad Mudassir led the first leg of the National Bank of Pakistan Junior under-18 series after winning four out of his seven matches in the league in Islamabad yesterday.
Mudassir defeated Kashanul Haq 6-2, 6-2 in his fourth match, while he also overcame Zaid Mujahid 6-3, 6-2. He then outplayed Abdal Haider 6-3, 6-4 to take the lead.
Mujahid, who is in second place with three wins in the competition, won his matches yesterday against Hasnain Mehmood 7-6, 6-1 and Haider 7-6, 4-6, 6-2 to cement his place for the silver medal.
In the doubles matches, Haq and Mehmood defeated Mohammad Muzamil and Haider 6-4, 4-6, 10-4 in a thrilling three-set match.
The last matches of the league will be played today.
