Murder: Man gunned down over property dispute
The police have registered a case against the alleged killers and further investigation is underway, says an official.
ISLAMABAD:
A man was gunned down in the jurisdiction of Koral Police Station over a land dispute at Ghauri Town on Tuesday.
Police said the Khalid Farooq, a resident of Amarpura Rawalpindi had a dispute with Arshad, Tanvir and Imran over the ownership of a five-marla plot in the town.
They said Farooq on Tuesday exchanged harsh words with his Arshad upon which the latter opened fire, killing the Farooq on the spot. The alleged killers fled the scene after committing the crime.
