Shahzeb murder case: Police submits challan to ATC
Four out of total eight suspects elope amidst Shahzeb murder case.
KARACHI:
Karachi Police have submitted a challan to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday that claims that during the hearing period of the Shahzeb murder case four of the total eight suspects have fled, Express News reported.
Shahzeb, a young son of a police officer, was shot dead in the upscale Defence area of Karachi on December 25 while trying to protect his sister from harassment.
Police finished investigation of the murder case and submitted their final challan and report to the Anti-Terrorim Court (ATC) on February 19.
Police informed that the three accused, Siraj Talpur, Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Mustafa Lashari have been arrested whereas Shahrukh’s brother Nawab Jatoi, Asif, Salman Jatoi and one suspect named Khurram have fled.
Earlier, on January 22 police confirmed that two guns were used in Khan’s murder by the prime suspects Shahrukh Jatoi and Siraj Talpur.
The court has been adjourned the court till Fenruary 28.
