Political Harrasment: MQM member accuses PML-N of raid

Randhawa alleged that workers of MQM were being harassed after the party announced participation in polls.

MULTAN:
MQM’s Member Coordination Committee Iftikhar Randhawa on Wednesday demanded Chief Election Commissioner Fakharuddin G Ebrahim to take notice of a police raid at his house on Tuesday.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, Iftikhar Randhawa claimed that the PML-N was afraid of rising popularity of his party in Punjab, alleging that the raid was an attempt to harass families of MQM workers by the Punjab government.

He alleged that the workers of the MQM were being harassed deliberately after the party announced to participate in polls from all constituencies.
