Peace talks: PML-N will work with ANP to fight terrorism, says Nawaz

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif has announced that his party will participate in the all parties conference (APC) called by the Awami National Party (ANP) to discuss steps against the menace of terrorism.
Nawaz said that his party has already stated its policy on the matter, having urged the government to immediately start talks with the Taliban but where Nawaz was not willing to become a guarantor to ensure that any agreement made between the government and the Taliban is implemented.
Recently, his party had said that it was in favour of holding talks with the Taliban to bring peace in the region of Punjab.
The ANP's all parties conference is slated for next week.
